Brad Raffensperger proudly serves as the Georgia Secretary of State.  He has had the honor to serve the citizens of Georgia in this role since January 2019.

The Office of the Secretary of State exists to carry out constitutional and legal responsibilities in the areas of elections, corporations, securities and professional licensing boards. The Office is charged with conducting efficient and secure elections, the registration of corporations, the oversight and regulation of securities and the administration of professional license holders.

As Secretary Raffensperger continues to improve the efficiency of this agency and to better serve the citizens of Georgia we have created this store so you can pay for your purchase with a credit card online. In this online store you can purchase a License Roster,  a Voter List, Law Books and Senate and House Journals from the Georgia Legislative Session and receive information on purchasing a Corporations List. 

We require that you have an account to make a purchase in this store.  For ease of checkout, we suggest you create your account before you make your first purchase. You will need to provide your name, email address and you will create your own password- which must be at least 5 characters.   You will enter your address at checkout.
